Putt Down Update 1

Huge update! The game has gone from prototype to demo state with 4 working levels.

Some of the changes are

• Changed the how putting works, you now wind up the putt and release. This should make putting more consistent.
• Fixed issue with path prediction showing wrong angles
• The camera in putting mode will no longer twist
• You will now see what kills you when you miss all shots
• You can no long proceed without picking up the shotgun at start
• shots left are tied to the reward
• you can now hold shift to aim more precise in putt mode
• there's an ingame menu now
